7TV keeps resetting and not showing emotes on Twitch. | 7TV | Page 1

I've done the onboarding like 20 times, it works for a few hours then none of the emotes appear anymore and I have to do the onboarding again for the emotes to appear. When I do the onboarding, it remembers my 7TV account, I'm still logged in when I click the 7TV button on Twitch.

I've already added the site and the extension to the "Site Data" permissions and "Third-party cookies" permissions. I uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, switched to and from the nightly build, even reinstalled Chrome entirely and it's still doing the same thing. I don't know what else to try at this point.

onboarding is just a fancy settings menu which you can also access from twitch, does nothing more

I don't think it is the reason why this issue gets fixed

Like, when I join a stream, none of the emotes are appearing in chat. It's just text. The fix I've been doing is to click through onboarding again and they come back for a few hours.

Refreshing the page or restarting Chrome does not bring back the emotes, only onboarding fixes it as far as I know.

I'll try that next time, but I don't understand why it stops working. I thought it was cookies cuz that's all Google gives me when I try to search it, but that didn't help.

Sometimes they can cause issues but like I said a simple /refresh usually fixes the issue

It hasn't happened again somehow, but I remembered it also stops doing stuff like autocollecting the channel points and other settings I tell it to do in the onboarding.
