Adding an Editor

I can't find any information what exactly each setting in this menu does.
-What does Manage Emote Sets mean?
-What is Create emotes? (in regards to being an editor)
-What is Manage emotes?
-What is Transfer emotes?
-What's the whole User section even about?
I'd just like to let someone add 7tv emotes for me T.T Would appreciate some help

Emote Sets:

• Manage - Editors can add emotes to a set, change its name, capacity and tags
• Create - Editors can make new sets
  Emotes: (This section is about uploaded emotes)
• Manage - Editors can edit your uploaded emotes name, tags, properties and delete them
• Create - Upload emotes as you (not sure if it works)
• Transfer - Change your uploaded emotes owner (that's a 7tv mods thing and it doesn't do anything, not sure why it's there)
  User:
• Manage Billing - self explanatory, tho I don't think it works
• Manage Profile - change your active set and cosmetics
• Manage Editors - self explanatory
• Manage Personal Emote Set - Editors can add emotes to your personal set (sub feature)

Admin just gives all permissions in each category

If you want your editors to add emotes, just manage emote sets is enough
