Change 7TV settings as a streamer?

When I try to configure my configs as a streamer, it just gives me a blank like this (unlike the viewer or mod configs which I can change.) Some stuff I'm trying to change is like how long the "raider" icon stays on a viewer and to stop highlighting messages when I get pinged
