Error linking Kick to your 7tv account when logging in with Twitch

A friend of mine is trying to link his Kick account on 7tv to use the same emote pack he uses on Twitch, but he gets the error "Linking Failed request failed"
Then it says "connection already linked", but it remains unlinked (first and second images)

Check the kick accounts connection and if 7tv is already in its connections pls disconnect it from 7tv and it should work again

btw unlinking it on kick side does nothing, it just revokes authorization for 7tv which doesn't remove the profile
