i keep getting the "Personal emotes will not be instantly available. The emote must be reviewed and approved by moderators before you can use it anywhere. Please allow some time for the approval process." Message when i try to remove it

i wanted to remove it to replace it with something normal mhm

i can also remove it from other emote sets, just with the Personal Emotes one it keeps giving that message
