Added as editor but not working as intended.

Recently I was added as an Editor to a twitch streamer in order to help said streamer with adding emotes.

Firstly, I had no power by default to add Emote Sets, once the streamer gave me the permissions, I could create a new Emote Set and then add emotes to it, though those emotes never appeared in the chat, instead, I read #1407713275965341816 message this recommendation and tried it out, turns out if I use the old panel of 7TV, there is wrench button of the Emote Set that when you click, have the option to enable Assign to channel(s) option and once that is done - the emotes appear in the channel but that is only for a certain amount of time, next time the streamer goes live -> the emotes are gone, I have to head to the old panel of 7TV, reassign the Emote Set to the channel to have them appear again..

My question is, how do I solve this issue, is it on 7TV's end with the new UI via backend? Does the streamer have to give me additional permissions in order to add this Emote Set permanently into the channel? Is it possible to make this permanent change without having to hover over the old.7tv.app site?

on the new site, you can set the active emote set on their profile by clicking the button top left and selecting the emote set in the menu

i don't know why the emotes would disappear after a while, but maybe this fixes it

hmm, it seems to be enabled by default or perhaps enabling it from the old panel automatically enabled it on the new UI, I will check how it is next day and try to enable it from there, thanks for the suggestion
