I also have a related question — is it possible to get the TwitchCon Paint without actually attending the event?
Because I’ve seen some people who don’t have the TwitchCon badge on their accounts, yet they have the animated TwitchCon Paint.

depends, sometimes 7TV streams from their booth at TwitchCon and in the past they always gave away some codes for paints on stream there. But I unfortunately don't know if this is planned for the next TwitchCons as well
