hello. i've been gifted with 2year 7tv sub a month ago. recently i found out it stopped working. personal emote sets is still there on 7tv site but i cannot use it anywhere. custom name paint and badge also disappeared. i've tried to unlink account and clearing cookies, it didn't help. my twitch username is nipaa69, 7tv account is same

The cosmetics disappearing is normal when the sub runs out, they would reappear whenever the sub is reactivated, but if it's a 2 year sub that just disappeared Kathi will have to look into that
