can you open console (ctrl+shift+c > Console > put 7tv into filter, make sure all levels are selected) and show logs here?

try indexedDB.deleteDatabase("seventv"); in the console. (It will reset all your 7tv extension settings)

do you need something from the 7tv extension? or you just want to see emotes

if the 2nd case you can use frankerfacez and enable "7TV Emotes" addon in the settings

if you want to use 7tv extension then maybe someone else will have an idea why it doesn't work
