I made 2 emotes a about 2 years ago and I want to make another one now, but forgot how to. I got my video prepared. The dimensions are 128x72, the file size is under 7MB and after I render it and convert it with a website to a webm format, it still doesn't allow me to post it, it says bad image format. Help, please!

Talk to me like a 5 year old. Isn't webp image format? When i try to convert it using an online converter it just outputs multiple images, How do I upload that?
I tried going through the animated emote guide but it's for adobe premiere and it's all so convoluted. I have also rendered every frame in png format but not sure how to upload all that to 7tv. that's where i was stuck.
