Bit of a weird one maybe?

I originally had the R2-D2 DIESOFCRINGE variant on my 7TV list, but I have since deleted that one and replaced it with the Leon Kennedy DIESOFCRINGE variant
Problem is, the Leon Kennedy one shows in Twitch chat correctly but appears on the stream as the incorrect R2-D2
Tried force updating the emotes list according to StreamElements, logging out of 7TV and back in, and deleting the Kennedy one to reapply it and still get the same result of the wrong R2-D2 one showing.
I may be missing an obvious step, but any help is appreciated!
