Neither the 7tv site working nor showing emotes anywhere

I am having the same issue cant access or open 7tv emotes or even the site from anywhere its was fine till yesterday but somehow suddenly stopped working
tried clearing history , browsing data changing browsers even installed FFZ to maybe operate 7tv emotes from there but nothing happening even restarted the pc , nothing 7tv related is opening .
and tried opening 7tv.io but cant its just loading nothing happening
i thought it might be ad blocker stuff but no cant seem to do anything .

it works fine on jio or with a vpn

i tried both on airtel fiber and mobile data so i am pretty sure

does changing dns in windows (for example to 1.1.1.1) solve the issue? or only vpn (Settings > Network & Internet > [Your Connection Type - Wi-Fi or Ethernet] > DNS server assignment > Edit)

i tried changing to Cloudflare from google didnt work only using a vpn works even tried the cdn workaround

Works with a VPN but I would love to be actually use it without a VPN

no this is not the isp specific case for me it was not working on jio, airtel and even netplus

it's the airtel's host file which is blocking it , you cant override it, it's greyed out in the router admin page
