I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal of my 7TV subscription, and the payment was automatically taken from my PayPal account. I’d like to request a refund. I have all the receipts and payment statements. If needed, I can provide them directly to the moderators.
Steps to Reproduce
Subscribed to 7TV using PayPal.
Forgot to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Payment was charged automatically via PayPal.
Expected Behavior
I expected not to be charged again or to receive a refund after realizing the mistake and requesting help promptly.
