It happens 2 days ago and whenever I try to upload emotes, Im seeing this infinite loading animations. This is how it's looking in website. I tried to upload them through old website, but I have the same probmel from there too. Deleting cookies and browser cache didn't help. This is link to one of the emotes:

I'll wait more, but I uploaded emotes 2 days ago, and I still can't see a single new uploaded emote being added
Processing failed on your emote
There's something wrong with the image
Waiting wont do anything
@safe sorrel can you check why processing failed here? https://7tv.app/emotes/01JXQKQR77A0W6RP7TXJKHG80T
We started having reports with this issue when it never happened previously
I don't know how to check this
I asked a dev
oh sorry, I didn't see the @
I'm having the same issue on this emote. It doesn't show up in my profile at all https://7tv.app/emotes/01JXWYPY44ZZ282828MT31HYQD
failed processing too
try to manually convert it to avif and upload it
I'll try to do that after 3-4 hours. Thanks for the help
okay @candid pelican I still have the same issue and I can't upload any static emote. I tried to upload as png/jpg/avif
I used different devices. 2 different PC, phone and tablet and I can't upload
That's an issue with the image, image processor can't process it
I can't tell you anything else
okay but if its issue with the image why other people can upload exactly the same image without problems?
How do you send them this picture?
If via discord then discord processes this image before upload
So its technically not the same
yep through discord
hmm do you have any idea what should I edit on the images, so I can upload them?
I have no idea, idk about image stuff
And unluckily I cant see why image processor fails
Maybe It will be the same and will tell you something

Is there anyone else who might possibly be able to help (someone who can see why the image processor fails) or who understands “image stuff”?
