Hey this might be a dumb question but I'm trying to add emotes to my friend chat and once I add them it actually doesn't work even though they're added to his channel? Like no notification is popping up or anything at all even tho I'm doing it correctly

he tried reconnecting his twitch + when he adds them himself it doesnt work either even tho they show up as added
