I'm currently listed as an editor on this persons channel. When I attempt to go to active emotes, I can see the set I created, but the other individuals added as an editor, can not see my set, just their own that they created. When I make the set I created as active, they do not appear in the kick chat at all.

uuhh this streamer doesn't have emote set,
basically someone made an emoteset on a different 7tv profile and set it as an active one for streamer
that's why you can't edit it or find it
you need editor permissions on 7tv profile that has this set
which I don't think is a good practice nor was intended

So, he would need to go in and create a set for us to start using?

The issue is, the other editors, can not see it
Nor will it display the emotes in Kick Chat

you have create new set button in top right
and set this new emoteset as active one

and then he has to click on this button on top left
which currently says "Trav Set"
and set this newly made emoteset as active
