#Emotes Stuck on Processing

hi there! so i've been trying (as well as some other folks i know) to get emotes uploaded since yesterday a little before everything broke. supposedly things are fixed now, but this is still an issue. i've tried deleting and reuploading; i've double-checked file size, dimensions, and file types; i tried saving them as webp and still nothing.
