Hey there! So my payment was taken for this month's resub, and it's now saying my plan is on "Free" so all my perks are just gone (Yet the payment is flagged as Paid on my account). Username is** infinitygene_**
Steps to Reproduce
Not much to reproduce. Account shows that it's on "Free", but evidence is provided to say that the resub was paid for.
Expected Behaviour
Expected for it to show that I am subscribed since the payment went through

The same thing happened to me, I paid my sub on May 3rd and I still have nothing, I hope it gets resolved!

Hi everyone in this thread or people who are just finding this thread now.
A couple hours ago i got told that the bug has been fixed and you guys should be getting your cosmetics/subscription status in the next 24 hours.
if you still don't have your subscription buy tomorrow around this time, then ping me directly.

The subs are fixed but now but The extention disappeared. The website is the only thing that works for me.
