Unable to remove a personal emote if it's renamed

If you rename an emote for personal use, you are unable to remove it through the 'new' website, you can only remove it by going to the old.7tv site

Steps to Reproduce
Add emote approved for personal use -> rename it the same way as always
Attempt to remove renamed emote -> 'new' site will not let you remove and or reset the name

Expected Behavior
You should be able to remove a personal emote as normal and or reset/change the name

pictures: added -> shown in personal emote list -> attempting to remove or rename in personal emote list -> removing it via old.7tv
