hi i was wondering how personal emotes work and if they must be approved first before they can be used anywhere?
the same goes if they get added in a personal emotes set will they enter a queue for being reviewed for use if they are already approved for public using?

You get 5 personal emotes slots when you're a subscriber. They need to be approved first before being added to your personal emote slots. They will most likely still enter a queue before being approved since personal emotes can be used anywhere
