#Unable to add emote: Conflicting Name

Hello! I'm new here and I don't believe this is an issue I can resolve myself.

I am a mod for a streamer in 7TV and I'm unable to add an emote. It says the emote has a conflicting name, but there is no other emote with that name. I'm not sure what information you will need, but here is the info:

My username on 7TV/Twitch: attmayMB
Streamer username on 7TV/Twitch: Msushi

I have tried adding another emote with the same name, renaming this emote to another name, etc. Another mod also tried and had the same issue. It seems buggy for me - it is difficult to remove it once I add it with another name and it seems like it should work but it doesn't work on Twitch. It really seems something may be wrong on the back end. I'm happy to try anything you'd like if you think I can resolve it myself! Thank you for your assistance!

The original name of LOL is the goal, but I tried LOLTest and that didn't seem to work either - it added it but didn't show up and was difficult to remove.

I just tried to remove it and it didn't remove it - it saved, but it's still checked

I'll report it to devs, seems like eventapi is missing events when emote was added/removed
