7TV issues with Brave

Auto-claim channel points doesn't work, video stats doesn't work reliably, reloading the webpage borks the chat history.

To me it seems like an issue with the initialisation.

Are you able to test this with other browsers to confirm it's only Brave?

Nah I also get those issues on firefox. It's probably on all browsers

tbh 7tv extension needs and is planned to be fully rewritten

so as you can see fixing these issues is not really a priority

you probably are correct, the manage extension configure page that you get during initialisation doesnt seem to correctly communicate with the extension

use the twitch configuration tab and it might work https://kappa.lol/aNIrAQ

it worked for me, both on brave and firefox

if you don't need any options that 7tv extension offers, you can use frankerfacez with "7tv emotes" addon
