#Distorted Paint colors

Hey, i've been having an issue for a little while now, where the paints appear differently in chat than the preview on the site. for instance, i attached 2 images, the first from twitch chat, the 2nd from the 7tv preview. I know there have been issues in the past with Opera GX, is that the cause of this?

i do not have the extension installed, unless opera has a setting built in that im overlooking
