Hey!

A friend noticed today that one of her gifs had a weird timing after uploading it. We tried a couple of things and found out that some frames get skipped after the emote is processed by 7tv.

I made this quick test emote to demonstrate the problem.
It just goes 1, 2, 3, 4 with a frametime of 50ms each.

The emote itself works perfectly fine, but on 7tv, the first frame seems to get a frame time of something between 1 and 5ms instead and disappears immediately.

If this is a known problem I apologize, but a quick search didn't net anything about it. OKAYGE
