It's not a weird or NSFW or TOS emote by any means. It's also not the first emote I've uploaded and all the other ones took way less time. I even subscribed to get into the priority queue. Is this normal?

24 hours is completely normal, yeah. Always depends on how many emotes are in the mod queue at the time. Just have to be patient for a little bit longer
