The 1st print was when I subbed and used promotional event's and codes back to winter, Xmas / NYE time frame and the last 2 referring to the problem encountering now. They are linked to my Twitch account I don't see the problem with pfp but I can change to the "old" one if you want to...

as Trippy said, everything seems to be correct? The percentage is just for progress towards the next badge. November to today are roughly 4 months, so you are at roughly 34% from the 3 month to the 6 month badge

you can look at it like that, you get 1 month badge at 0 days
so 60 days is 3 months badge
and now would be 4 months badge if it would exist

since this is a badge progress (not sub progress) it shows 4 months, even tho you are subbed for 3

Yeah, I got confused myself there for a second. Basically how it works and what Xslash tried to show in his drawing is this: badges are not rewarded after the time it says in their name but rather at the start of that month.
So for example the 3 month badge is not given after 3 months, but when your 3rd month as a sub starts. Same with the 6 month badge. That's why you are already 34% towards the 6 month badge after 92 days

No no, the percentage shows progress towards the next available sub badge.
You unlocked the 3 month badge when your 3rd month as a sub started (so after roughly 60 days)
Since the next available badge is the 6 month sub badge you needed 3 more months after you unlocked the 3 month badge. So since you are subbed now for 92 days, only 2 more months are needed, which means you are roughly 34% towards the 6 month badge

It counts from the previously unlocked badge. 3 months between the 3 month and the 6 month badge. 1 month of those 3 already passed, so 33.33333333... %
If you subscribe for another month you would be at 66.666666... % after that ( or 67% rounded)
And If you subscribe for another month after that you would be at 100% at the end
