I use a chat widget on stream elements. I updated from one emote set to another and then back but the chat widget is stuck using the one I switched to, and won't switch back. Everything else updates properly including chaterino or 7tv on twitch but the widget is stuck using another emote set.

Have you tried to refresh your cache in obs?

if you still want to use streamelements widget then you can try to ask their support Hmm we can't really do much

but the one kira sent should work better, it fully supports eventapi (adding/removing emotes; changing sets; cosmetics etc)

I talked to the widget dev on etsy, turns out it's an issue with stream elements taking a long time to update emote sets or changes.

They sent me new development code to help speed up the process, but updates still take time and the fault is on stream elements.
