I bought the 7TV Pickems Pass and got it to diamond tier, ive been checking every now and then to see if I received my items but I'm now finding out that you actually need to be a monthly subscriber to use them. The listing was very misleading and didn't state that I needed to be a monthly subscriber to use the items I purchased. I found out about the pickems badge from the twitter (X) post https://x.com/Official_7TV/status/1895283085467377834 and the post also didnt state that you must be a subscriber to use them. This should have been written somewhere when purchasing the Pickems Pass. Myself and many others were mislead and did not know these were locked behind a monthly paywall (after purchasing the pass).

this is very known, to use paints you need to be subbed. it has always been like this

Its still misleading, it's my first time using 7tv to purchase a badge and I thought it was a one time purchase to use it. The listing for the pass never stated I also needed to be a subscriber to use the badges.

I'd go back and screen shot the store page and the listing but it was taken down the moment the tourney ended.

yes but its something that is just default on 7tv and not related to the pickems. to use paints you need to be subbed

you still have ("unlocked") these badges, they will be available to use after getting a sub anytime

I didnt even see that, the link to the store I was sent to was the 7tv pickems shop https://7tv.app/store/pickems which didnt have any of that
