Hello 7TV Support Team,

I am reaching out because my Twitch account "Pedaale" has been permanently banned due to my username, even though it has no offensive meaning in my native language (German). Twitch has denied my appeal and told me to create a new account instead.

Since I have now created a new Twitch account under the name "Pevanoo", I would like to kindly request a transfer of my 7TV account, including all my cosmetics and emotes, from "Pedaale" to "Pevanoo" so that I do not lose everything.

I appreciate your help and hope this can be arranged. Thank you in advance!

you should actually be able to simply use your current account for that. Since you have your Discord connected and therefore have a second connection on your 7TV account you can simply disconnect your twitch account and instead connect your new one afterwards. Simply go to settings and you can disconnect the old one and connect the new one there

If I log in with Discord, I get back to my old account. If I log in to my new account with Twitch, I get back to my new account without the 7tv subscription and so on

Basically give the same information as here, so it's clear that you are owner of both accounts and say that you would like to have the twitch connection pevanoo added to your primary account pedaale.
