I moderate a channel in Russian. Previously it was added the ability to change emote name to Russian, it worked correctly for a while, but now I noticed this bug when I click confirm to change.
Emote that were assigned earlier have not changed and still work, but adding new ones or changing them using Russian language as name is not working.
I couldn't find another post about this, so I hope it's not duplicated.

Just submitted a fix for this 
Waiting for devs to accept https://github.com/SevenTV/SevenTV/pull/228. In the meantime, you should be able to add cyrillic aliases by first removing the emote from the set and then readding it with the custom name instead of renaming.

Here are the words I used: “онлайн”, “кот”.
I also used other emote names, but even the ones you showed in the screenshot don't work in my case.
I also asked the streamer himself to change, but he ran into the same problem.
