Can't upload emotes

Hi, I tried to upload an emote but the "upload" button is not working, I tested it in two browsers, even in the incognito tab, but it still did not work, the options to change the theme to dark and reduced motion also do not work, and it's only on this M4ximoG profile, I tested it on another account that I have and it works perfectly on both browsers. I don't know what do to fix this.
