What's the meaning of the 'personal use' tag? | 7TV | Page 1

I'm a little confused by the meaning of the tag..
Does Personal Use Denied mean I can't use it for my channel? cuz if so, why can I add it to my channel emotes?
Same goes for the Personal Use emotes. Are they supposed to be only for some people? like what's the difference between an emoji with this tag and one without?

it would be cool that in the side panel of /emotes, the filters would have a description tooltip, so people don't get confused like me.

Personal use is when you have a 7tv subscription, you can have 5 emotes that you can use in every channel

But only approved emotes can be in those 5

#

If your emote is denied for personal use you can still add it to your channel and use it normally
