Hello support team,
I ran into the issue that I can not see any color changes for my name in chat, while other users can. I already F5'd a lot and restarted my pc.

in your settings. You go on twitch then on your 7TV settings (from twitch) then appearance and on the vanity tab you should active nametag paint

Go there BUT DONT DELETE THE DB

right click on entitlements and remove it

#

Also do the same with cosmetics

#

Your paint was cached, you can wait until it expires or do the above
