If you upload an emote yourself you can make it private so only you can use them

Do you mean they are using your twitch emotes and uploading them to 7tv?

Ah, I deleted my accounts and everything associated with it because of these people and their harassment, but somehow they posses them
As far as I am aware, they do not exist online, and frankly shouldn't
These were emotes I commissioned and paid for.
