I think this a frontend visual issue. Your next renew date is before the point which you would be subscribed for 6 months.

I think the website assumes all renew dates are 1 month intervals

But that would not be the case if youve had weekly trails etc

Think of it this way, say you get a 7 day trail and subscribe for 1 month after that, after you pass 30 days, should you get 2 month badge?

Currenly we only give the 2 month badge when you go passt 37 days in this case. Meaning youve started on the subscription period that will result in your 2nd month
