I try editing video emotes in CapCut but when I upload them into 7tv they have an error like frame rate error or something like that I need suggestions for new editing app to edit emotes or how to fix this

emotes can't have more than 1k frames

I believe people used CapCut and then put it in ezgif to lower the frames so it’ll work for 7tv
