You need chatterino7 to be able to see 7tv paints, you can download it here https://github.com/SevenTV/chatterino7/releases/tag/v7.5.2

are there any other cool chatterino plugins you can rec? something that'd be helpful to twitch moderators would be cool too!

Don't know of any plugins that would be helpful for mods, but you can always play around with the moderation settings within chatterino
