Twitch Chat Clearing on Refresh

I use OperaGX.
This only started happening today, but when I refresh the webpage, the only thing that shows up is the "welcome to chat room". I tried removing the extension and disabled it too, and when I did that, the chat log didn't clear.
I updated my browser and the extension and I'm still having issues.

I believe 7tv has only message history when you're a moderator

I can see some message history despite not being mod in channels

You can try doing opera://restart to restart the browser

Or try using chrome and see if you have the same issue

Hii, also have this problem, I use Edge and the only way to show the history is reloading page a couple times and it's kinda annoying 😭 I have the "Ignore clear chat" active but still don't work 🥺 Can someone help us pls?

Yep I have it, but I'd prefer not deleting it if possible 😔

I disabled it! The chat does appear without having to reload the page

hmm

if you really want to use ffz, you can disable 7TV extension and enable "7tv emotes" addon in ffz

I'm pretty sure you can disable some specific setting in ffz to "fix it" and use with 7tv

but I'm not sure what could break that
