I've been trying to upload a wide emote, I looked through the discord and found that the accepted dimensions are 3:1, with the max resolution being 384x128. I tried to upload the image with the max allowed resolution, same dimensions ratio but under max resolution, and nothing has worked so far. Every time I try to upload it, I wait several days and I've yet to see any of the emotes appear at all. Am i missing something?

idk if it'll make a difference but try uploading it here https://old.7tv.app/ might need to clear your cache or something

You can also try manually converting it to webp and uploading webp
