How do I make an unlisted emote public?

I'm kind of new to 7tv I've been using it for 5 months and just got into making emotes i had uploaded a emote of a Minecraft pet to the emote creator and it was made but when i try to find a way to make it public i couldn't find the button to do so even when i clicked edit and other buttons

The emote goes into a queue until it gets listed for public use

You can still add it to channels it'll just be labeled as unlisted
