Hello,

I made and uploaded a wide emote and the emote got approved 13 days ago and I still can't use it as a personal emote. It is showing on website that the emote is in my personal emotes set but I can't see it in the emote menu at all. Any way to fix this please? Thank you very much!

If you look at the old site it’ll show the emote is still pending for personal use https://old.7tv.app/emotes/01JGVK7MZJFD1JTQRNBMTQM9AM

However I don’t believe wide emotes are allowed in personal use because of restrictions but I could be wrong on that

Ohhh yeah I see it, well I guess I need to wait for it to be approved for personal use.
