for the past few days i havent been able to see any emotes or anything 7tv related on chatterino (i also have the nighly version). I've tried everything from clearing cache to completely reinstalling chatterino completely. The paints are also messed up, in the image above the left image is how it normally looks and the right is chatterino..Can someone help

I've looked at that post on how to fix this problem, and either it's not the right fix for me, or I'm just REALLY not tech savvy.
I've opened notepad, and I'm trying to "Open hosts file", but I simply don't know what that means. 🤦♀️
Am I supposed to go to my downloads and open 7TV? Cause it doesn't show up. Even when I search for it. I added it as an extension on Chrome.

So I opened it, and added that line. Went to the next step, and this is what I see.
