One of my viewers gifted me a 1 year sub on 7tv to get the Minecraft badge. They got the badge, but I'm not sure I received the sub?
I have two theories of what might have happened. Either they gifted to someone else by accident or the gifted sub didn't stack, because my previous sub was till Jan 3rd and it ran out today.
Any way to check this?

and I am not for sure how they could have gifted someone else the sub by accident since aquaismissing isnt a real common name on 7tv

I dont really see how it could have bugged either, that is very unlucky. I think bubu might be able to look into this?

I’m not exactly sure, but I believe Bubu can see who they gifted the sub to, and if it was to you and you don’t have it, it can be resolved
