Chat not working

All other twitch extensions are disabled and still broken, broken with both nightly and stable

haven't ever seen an issue where no messages at all are shown anymore

can you try a full browser restart and see if the problem still occurs

i just changed channel on the same tab and it started working but past messages werent shown

but when i went back to the other channel there were no messages again

no new messages

literally not showing new messages on this one channel

oh, no its not just that channel

im so confused now

the channel i got new messages on is nadeshot, who is currently using shared chat, any other channel i go into that isnt shared i dont get new messages

I'm assuming you have Hide Shared Chat enabled, correct?

oh, true, it has something to do with that setting, I can replicate it with that setting on
