hi i'm not certain if this was a known issues, but a few months ago i realized i lost my 2+ year sub badge with 7tv. i've been subbed since august 2022, i think the issue might have been that the billing didn't go out automatically one month because i had my card locked but i resubcribed the same month. is there a fix to that issue? i liked the colors of the 2 year badges cri

It shouldn’t have caused an issue.. you don’t even have the badges after a year which is odd

yeah i only have up to the 1 year badge sadHamster i think i lost 3 badges? maybe 2 I can't remember LOL

You also don’t have all the paints you only have 80 which I think means it’s saying you’ve been subbed for a 1 year and a quarter Hmm

I wonder if this was during the migration process? I am on mobile atm but I’ll be home soon to see if anyone else had this issue
