Added as an editor but cant add emotes/remove emotes

I was added to a channel as a editor but cant add anything to the emotes of that channel, only my channel showss up

Either it’s permission issue, or you haven’t accepted the editor invitation yet

Or the user doesn’t have an emote set

this is misleading but from my understanding "emotes" now actually refers to the old "manage owned emotes" perm, so yea "emotes sets" is definitely needed here

So I got emote sets as a permission but it still doesnt allow me to add emotes to the channel?

ok so i cant add it because of conflicting name, which means i can add the emote, but i cant remove emotes from the channel

I found out how to do it, its different than just removing it from my own emote sets which is what was confusing me

I just have to right click and untick the set

whereas in a emote set i own it has a button to do so

it was like this on the old website

you can set the default set

so clicking the use emote adds it to this set by default
