Global emote indicator missing

Global emotes should've some sort of indicator (old site had the green star and border)

I also think that the site should have a button to display all current global emotes (not everyone knows what or where to find the global emote set)

in my recent designs global emotes had a separate tab in the sidebar on the emotes page
