When a user has a paint active and you browse their uploaded emotes, all the stacked paints will cause website to get choppy. This can happen anywhere but its mostly noticeable here since the paint gets displayed on every emote.

i know its chromes fault im just pointing out how it affects the website 
it wasnt noticeable on the old website cause the paints didnt apply there
potential fix is to disable paint drop shadows from all the emote cards

This is probably my fault because I didn't implement virtual scrolling for emotes. It's on my list.
