yeah from what i know, if u havent finished the voting and redeem the code u get a trial sub

they did everything, THEN claimed the trial since that's where it linked to then tried redeeming code again since didn't have the stuff
Also it sent them to old site whilst doing the trial so idk if that's part of problem

yeah idk I just know they did everything normal, completed the voting but doesn't have it. Twitch linked on their account is one they used on nnys award page. Other friend did same as them and got it instantly after however

Hi guys! I voted for each of the 15 available options, activated the promo code NNYS2024, and my subscription was activated as a paid one, and I don't have animated cosmetics, and I have a 7tv icon as a paid subscription, not NNYS2024. How to solve the problem, please tell me?

if you complete the first goal - you get the emotes etc
the code itself doesnt give you the NNYS cosmetics
