Various issues with add emote dialog

theres no easy one-click "add to default" button (the split button on the old site was the ideal choice imo), theres no indicators for default and personal sets, and for some reason the emote set list is shuffled each time which is awful for muscle memory

also, if you have an emote added with a different name, it wont show up as added in this dialog until you change the emote name in the dialog box to what you have it added as
